I feel this review is:
Recently purchased samsung washing machine and raised complaints also but closed it every time saying machine is fine but bad washing is still there .. there engineering said we have doubt in detergent change it and we changed it then they said use liquid detergent and we used that also in front of him but still same result now they are saying use warm water ... I have never seen these many excuses and after that they did not accept that machine is not washing properly. Kindly have look the picture Samsung engineer took and then no response simply closed the case
