I logged a complaint on 12th Nov. A service person examines and declares that the drum needs to be replaced and someone will come and take the machine. I get a call on 14th when I am on my way to office. I ask him to come in the evening and I get a message that the call is cancelled by me since it was too costly.
I had never cancelled the call . All is said was "please come tomorrow morning since i am out and you had not scheduled the time of pick up". The guy decided to cancel the call on his own whims and fancy. Anyways after a lot of arguing, they refiled my fresh complaint on 15th. A person comes and takes it on 17th ( phew finally ) and was told they will return it in 2 working days.
When I called them 22nd ( ie after 5 days) they gave me lame excuses that they have only 2 vehicles and then another agent tells me that "do not worry i will ensure that it is delivered today". All words in vain. then in the late evening when I follow up , another agent tells me that " I did not cancel your complaint". Nobody is there in the service centre etc.
When asked to transfer to a supervisor , they place me on hold for 15 mins and finally I hang up out of frustration. Spoke to a supervisor names Devendra who was extremely cold and unprofessional.
This experience is extremely frustrating and i am convinced that buying a samsung washing machine was the worst decision I have ever made. I am yet to interact with anybody as unprofessional , irresponsible and cold as the samsung customer care people.
Horrible experience .
