I have been using samsung washing machine for last the 10 years. Last year, I decided to replace my old one and brought a new one.- 7.5 kg Fully automatic Top loading from Reliance Digital, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore(Nov'15)
My experience from then on has been horrible. The machine does not wash properly and creates a fabric stain in almost all clothes. I complained to samsung and then made a technical visit(Jun'16) and replaced some parts and informed me that it would work better. I did tried changing washing powder, liquid detergent(all brands) and the ordeal continued. I once again raised a complaint with samsung in Oct'16 and my issue is still be addressed with no proper communication from Samsung, their service partner, PRISM. No one is able to clearly give me a timeline on what is the root cause and how are they going to solve?
Service is pathetic - Their service managers whose # have been shared by contact centres and are supposed to resolve customer issues are clueless and height of it, not willing to even take the phone calls of customers.
Overall my experience has been horrendous and the brand has lost its credibility atleast with me which they built over years.
