Samsung is the south korean Multi billion company and it is operated in almost all countries in the world.Samsung is also every sector including electronics Product.Samsung launched its First Television In 2010 and sold one million TV's around the world.
We Purchased TV i.e. Samsung 3D LED Smart TV 46 inches size. Model no.UA46D6600WRMXL on 2014 from Vijay sales in Rs 1.18 Lacs.
It had very good picture quality and performance till 7-8 months.it work decent in beginning days yet following a couple days its sound get to be hazy and uproarious that bothers me and clarity is presently not likewise great I take it to the administration focus then proprietor of administration focus let me But suddenly it started showing blurry images and videos on the TV.then we called customer care On request,
The engineer came and inspected. He told that front Panel has become defective and to be replaced with new panel costing about Rs 50, 000 For inspection I had to pay him
Rs 1, 000.Very high visiting charge by company its very bad. My family and me was completely shocked.I mean from rs 50, 000 we can buy another LCD or Led TV so guys its not worth for the Middle class people to buy this kind of expensive TV's because we can't afford if its got damaged by us.you also will not find any local engineer to solve this kind of problem for Led TV's because they don't have the knowledge.
This TV has to be used with care. Little mishandling can cause this TV to get damage. In my case the TV had got a small white spot one month back. I ignored it thinking that it will go automatically. But the spot just increased gradually and covered the whole screen.Some how I could be able to purchase another simple LED TV of 42 inches from Sony on exchange value of about Rs 10, 000/=(for SAMSUNG TV of value Rs 1.18 Lac which did not last even for Three years).
I was told that consumer should take insurance of LCD / LED TVs for one to three years which is never been suggested by the Showroom dealers. In the LED TV panels, the quality of panels have been deteriorated badly by the manufacturers.
