If I connect this TV to my laptop, the laptop keyboard gives me a electric shock, though not a major one. (the laptop is connected on battery only). I see the TV mains is two pin, not three pin.Secondly the UHD video gives a feeling as if I am watching the video through a plastic sheet which was used for packing or through a dirty windshield.The customer support is bad, technically, verbally and dont even have the knowledge about the internal processes.I wish you don't have to call Samsung support (or else you will bang your head)
But, static images are good, the non HD videos are good, the brightness, backlight is good. Its light weight, you can move from one room to another.
