No sevice or repairing center. Review on Samsung UA-32D6000 HD LED TV

Dear fried today I am going to tell you about the product mention above .last year I had purchase one from online at avery low price with discount and coupon so as we need new tv but to my surpise after using few days it started showing some machanisim problem.As it is newly brought I had contact the customer for help and to repair but they had ask me product no and told me that the tv was make to be sale in middle east egypt so they make excuse it cannot be replace in india while as free service is not available . but with payment it can be repair by their agent in agartala but which will cost the same amount of new . therfore I do not recomment to use samsung tv coz there policy and poor service while as how the product mean for middle east can be sale in india so alway verified for which consumer it is made for . Never belive by watching and reading their advertisement . better look for indian company . very poor service and parts not avalable. stop
