I feel this review is:
Recently I bought a Samsung 1.5 ton ac with 3 star rating and costed me around 35 k. Cooling is not prompt as I have to wait around 5 to 10 min as I start the ac to cool. The compressor requires good amount of electricity to work otherwise it will stop cooling even with the stabilizer. So overall not worth buying.
