I have taken Samsung ac conditioner 2 years ago at reliance trend in KURNOOL and serviced frequently. Recently cooling gas is over and asked outside technician to fill the gas and he has mentioned the cooling coil is damaged and can’t be repaired. They want us to replace cooling coil which cost 18k which is almost 50% of the value of total ac. We have trust the brand of Samsung to give long life but I am regretting to trust on Samsung brand. More funny part, Samsung dealers not yet attended whether it’s covered under warranty or to solve the issue in any manner after so many follow ups. Appreciate if Samsung service centers or reliance trend to address the issue
