I have a two door refrigerator. The freezer wasn't working so I called up the service centre. I was told that the executive will be present in 24 to 48 hours. The executive came in time, took a service charge of around 600 bucks, asked me to turn off the refrigerator over night so that he could fill the gas next morning and then I will be charged for the gas.
However, he did not show up the next day. I tried contacting him over the phone but he barely responded to it. The 3rd day I have called the customer care to know the progress of my complaint. To my surprise, I was told that the problem has been resolved by the executive and if I still have a problem then I much give in the complaint again.
Its been 5 days now since the refrigerator stopped working. I had to get rid of good worth more than 5000 bucks and yet no one has come to fill in the gas. Worst service ever for such a reputed brand.
