Well, after the third call, it no longer sounds funny . it is pathetic and height of irresponsibility
as they are definitely not sorry and the supervisor never calls .
I purchased a AC last week, installed after talking to multiple and different parrots on 28th.
The AC stopped working in 2 days, then all my calls to get a service engineer are of no avail . same story, different parrot
