I purchased this 54" model, slightly different though, the model # is SP54R1HL/X/XTL, I purchased it 1 year back, it has a probplem avery 2 months. Same problem, the model does not handle the Indian conditions well. It has frequesnt break downs, the engineer says because of the voltage fluctuation, I have my doubts. I have put stabilisers, and it still has that proble. After a while the service engineers start ignoring it and I am in a fix, trying to get the service engineer home. Inspite of repeated calls, one false promise after another. The product is delightful, but a lot of problems in Indian conditions. Service initially excellent, after a few months, pathetic. You have to run after them and for example now my TV is dead from last 20 days and no respite from false promises. I stay in Chennai, Velachery, my no is 9840706812 and my name is Sandeep Grover.
