My description is based on samsung laser multifunction printer model scx 3406w!
Starting week-
The starting week the printer showed a smooth compatibility and function.the pages were pitched black.and the ink was prty descent.most important it was not crushing or tearing the pages in btw!
Upcoming days.-unproffesional.service
The few days b4 it started showing it true colour.well u really cant thnk a basic phone comapny lyk samsung to give u a satisfied printer.
The printer started hanging up.the pages were blackd.spreaded.the toner ink.turned lght.and the home and touch panel became irresponsive.
I even called there service branch manager in aligrh.

They decided to replace it.with a brand new one as they found a misfunction in inside.
Customer satisfaction for samsung regarding printers is beyond awful.
I am stil waiting for the printer to b delivered and around 20 days nw.
