The service center of Samsung mobile phone's are doing monopoly. They just harass the customer and charges very high. They unnecessarily keep the mobile for long time and finally tells that your warranty has been tempered so they charged very high comparing to outside service centers. Their behavior also not good with the customers. Almost I tried 3 customer care in mumbai they are all have similar type. The service center at Miraroad is very worse. Never try to go there. They thinks that as they are authorized service center of samsung so they have the power to do anything.
I don't understand how samsung has setup their service centers.
So I suggest not to purchase any samsung mobile phone.
