Hello friends, Samsung S Purista split ac, if you are going to buy, first read my review very carefully. friends I bought it for my room but now I regret why I purchased it. The moment I went to shop to buy ac, shopkeeper told me that this is the best Ac. I told him that I have little big room, he said it is very powerful and will cool your room. But friends I seriously tell you, it will not work if you have a little big room. the temperature does not goes down to 26.
Friends the most frustrating part is service and support. Guys whenever you call samsung helpline for servicing, they charge you a handsome amount of money and always make extra money. some time they say this part is not working and charge you thousand of rupees. well friends it has no sound problem but it cannot cool big room. Well guys at times in summer when voltage goes low, its compressor stops working automatically and some times it does not work even for 3 hours. all the time you will feel frustrated. it is very expensive in comparison of other Ac's. so guys I do not suggest you to buy it.
