Samsung online sent me Dented and dirty Fridge, power plug is muddy and old which is inside box, door is badly dented. Dent can happens in transit but muddy pins is not in transit. They are not even bothered to look fridge before sending to customer. Now they are not ready to pick back a fridge even after 20 days.
Tries to raise concern up to service head but no action taken. Service head also not bothered to solve any matter. Very bad and hopeless service from Samsung.
Heard from one of store sales person that Samsung is having some issues with their Fridge production units and currently they are trying to sell dented fridge laying with them.
Be care full before buying Samsung Fridge.
