I have purchased a refrigerator and it is only 1.5 months, there is water leakage at the bottom back of vegetables basket. Around 20 engineers had visited but still the issue is not resolved, Samsung is closing the call automatically. They have taken video and sent it to manufacturing company but still no response. One of the worst service provided by Samsung engineers. They only know to replace the part apart from this they don’t know to do anything, kindly don’t buy this product. I am being frustrated with the engineers like palanivel, Balaji, irfan, Ananth chief service engineer.
