Please don’t every buy samsung appliances..itz the worst company..i bought a samsung double door refrigerator 5 years ago..few days back there was a cooling issue so i contacted the customer care.they sent their technician who was a sikh guy..he delibrately cut some gas pipe of the fridge and said its non repairable.ur fridge is dead u guys have to buy a new one and the cost was around 90k..so we again put a complaint for that person and requesting them to aarange a new technician bt they also refused and said we only have a policy upto five years for any appliance so we cant do anything..then we arranged some person from outside who services the fridge..he just took 2500 for repairing and now our fridge is working great..so itz ma request dont ever buy samsung they all are fraud
