Exchange buy-back is a scam. If you buy Samsung - first make them take back the buy back and then take their fridge or you will have an elephant in the room forever. The support team lies and the service is poor. I purchased the latest French door 3door fridge and it comes without an egg tray and the space for bottles is less plus the shelves don’t hold much. Wish I had stuck to Panasonic with their fabulous service
