I have purchased a refrigerator and within one month only we faced the over cool problem.All the items in the fridge were spoiled.Around 4-5 engineers had visited but still the issue is not resolved, Samsung is closing the service request automatically. They have taken video and sent it to manufacturing company but still no response. One of the worst service provided by Samsung engineers. They only know to replace the part apart from this they don’t know to do anything, kindly don’t buy this product. I am being frustrated with the service.
