We bought Samsung RT37T4513S8/HL 320 litre refrigerator in April 2021 after due diligence between Samsung and LG, hearing equal reviews, we chose to go with Samsung and invested approx 36000 Rs. And that was our biggest mistake. Just when one year warranty is over my fridge stopped cooling completely all of a sudden. When we complained to Samsung the service guy told us that the compressor coil is ruptured - reason for corrosion from inside. When enquired in detail the reason is apparent. Use of substandard coils for cost cutting. I did not pay less than any leading brand product then why this cheating? The product is made to not even last for more than a year. And I am now asked to pay a hefty amount for the coil and the gas for being no fault of mine. Is this the quality of products Samsung provides to the customers. What a felony!!! I pay a huge amount to first buy your substandard product and then keep paying money for its repair. I am no longer going to buy even the smallest product from Samsung and shifting to LG products.
