This is the worst experience from Samsung product , we were genuine user of Samsung products , refrigerator, TV etc , product bought in 20/ 09 /2021 & on 12 /09/ 2022 , it stopped cooling & technician came & said fan problem , we will have to replace it & now after 48 hrs they say it will take 4 more days to replace the part , which is used in all the refrigerators, I have never heard in my life that people call for fridge repair for 8 to 10 years , everyone boycott Samsung , as now they r not using genuine parts at all
