I recently purchased brand new Single Door SAMSUNG make refrigerator from Shop Names NEXT in Aundh, Pune. so no need to tell you about brand for both company or chains.
When Fridge was delivered, next day I found that interior bulb is not working.
I called NEXT agent and told about the same. He said this model does not come with Light.
Hearing that I had no option but to rush for filing "Patent" to register this on my name that I have Fridge that works without Light . Just kidding.
Now NEXT and I spoke to Samsung . Samsung technician came and found that bulb is dead.
Since Bulb is Glass item and this technican was working for Insurance company before, he said bulb does not come under Warranty/Guarranty so you need to pay me for Bulb and Visit. Bulb Cost to Rs.190 and Service Visit cost is Rs.500.
Now do you realise with whom I am dealing. SAMSUNG the leading Brand
NEXT agent is following up with SAMSUNG over phone and email and they are not ready to listen.
Now I am feeling like given opportunity, I will make two Door Fridge look make it Icy cool and put these two customer support workers inside for an hour WITHOUT Light inside.
No wonder what will come out . BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICE
