I bought a samsung refrigerator RT28FAJYASA from Digiworld, Dwarka, Delhi on 4th April 2013. From the very start the door wasn't sealing properly which was reported to dealer and he informed the samsung technical team.


There was a visit of a samsung technician, who came at very short notice, and was very impolite,  and he repaired the door hinge. I was not in support of fridge getting repaired with in two months of buying it but then reconciled to it as they said it happened during transportation. I bought refrigerator on 4th April 2013. Here also the samsung call centre executive tried to hoodwink me into cleaning the gasket with warm water and try to repair on my own. He was quite rude as well.


Now after the repairs was done, the door has started vibrating during closing the gate. And the vibrating noise is too much. I complained again to the dealer Mr Vivek who transferred the complaint to samsug customer care.


Both the times the samsung customer care has been rude, impolite and discourteous. They dont have basic manners to speak and try to convince the customers that visit of service engineer is not required.


This second time three people called me at different times since yesterdday ie 19 June and spoke in most rustic, discourteous tone and the last one banged the phone in between. First the guy at the customer service centre named Dilip asked me to put vegetable oil on the door hinge and then after a lot of argument agreed to send technician to my home.


Since morning, I have been called by two people. One of them told me that someone is going to come to me and confirmed my address. It was very rude conversation and he sounded like a very very rough person. Few minutes after  he called,  a very rough guy spoke to me saying ''whats the problem. And he said he would come in another 10 minutes.


I asked him to come in another one hour as no one will be at home  and I will leave from offfice to be at home. I said he should have given me some time. He replied abusively that he will try to come after on hour but then he is not sure and he might also come in the evening if it is not possible and banged the phone after saying this.


First of all Samsung sell defective goods and then harass a customer by talking rudely and roughly. I am planning to go to national media, both electronic and print and show to others how samsung is cheating and defrauding its customers by selling faulty products and using abusive and misbehaved customer service people.
