Worst Customer Service I ever found
before buying any samsung product please read this .I have purchased RT2735TNBBL/2012 refrigerator 4 years back,I have registered complain of overcooling.After registering complain they said that service engineer will visit today.Literally I called them 4 times and everytime they said yes sir engineer will reach you today.I went in frustation and asked for the mail id to drop an email,straightway they deny to provide mail id .I am not sure whether they will provide service or not.But just wanted to make others aware of the problems I am facing.Guys please think 100 times before purchasing any samsung product.
