My Samsung double door RT26HVMS1 has an issue wherein fridge is getting cooled and not getting cut off, which results in food getting damaged due to ice formation.
I raised this concern with Samsung support through Id 8453515376 / 4195183732 two weeks ago. After following up repeatedly, technician attended to the issue after a week on 19th June. He identified the issue replaced the damper and closed the issue.
But a day later I see issue still persists and tried reaching technician but he no longer picks the calls. I escalated to service centre supervisor at kollam Kerala.
He too does not care to attend my calls and now I am hopeless. I am a proud owner of Samsung products like TV phone etc. but now I suggest people to think twice before going for Samsung in South India. If this issue is not attended to, am planning to escalate to the highest level and make sure the supervisor feels the heat for this horrible attitude and is taken to task.
