I bought this refrigerator a month back.Recently it started giving me lots of issues.like low cooling.making unusal noise.so I called the customer service.they told me our engineer will come to my home and check whats the issue.they promised me that the engineer will surely come in 24 hrs.but that 24 hrs never come.it takes 5 days for the engineer to come to my home.I have to call the customer service regularly for update on the engineer visit and they always says that he will by today.pathic service.
After the engineer visit he checked the refrigerator but was not able to find the exact problem and told me that he has to send the refrigeration to the factory.its 25 days now and I have not received my refrigerator back.
