I made a mistake buying samsung fridge model RT37 345 L version
I had worst customer care experience with Samsung
I knew Korean Companies(other than LG) are bad in customer service, but this bad I never realized
I bought it on 7th April from Cromoa it came to home on 12th, Demo Happened on 19th and it was not cooling at all, next day engineer came and declared the compressor is dead, will be replaced, which I refused, as I didn't not wanted a brand new product to be repaired.
Now today is 27, after 20 days, I am still struggling to get my fridge replaced. Its is been a big pain to deal with Samsung and getting my dead product sold by Samsung replaced.
I would suggest everyone buy anything but not Samsung.
