We purchased samsung fridge on 1-11-2009 from chitrahaar electronics bhopal on cash payment vie invoice no. 1276 after selecting the piece.
But when the piece were delivered at home it was a scratched and dented piece immediately i complained to dealer but he told us companies representative would visit and will recommend for change the piece from company.
Companies engineer inspected the piece and told us that piece would be changed within 10-15 days, but till today piece was not changed .we have lodged complaint on companies web site & toll free no.many times , but all in vain.
Samsung company and its dealer is doing fraud with customer. Samsung company is promoting their dealers in suppling dented and scratches fridge during transportation and on complaint playing delaying practice so customer may shut their mouth after their efforts. Samsung companies toll free no and web site response is almost like pre-recorded answers for customers.
