I feel this review is:
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator RT 29 on 15 February 2017. First time cooling issues occurred due to gas leakage around 4 months after the date of purchase. Now again the same problem has occurred on 20 November 2017 and I have been calling customer care for the same. Now my product is still 3 months under warranty and again the cooling is not happening at all. This is embarrassing for me and I have lost my trust with Samsung. Finally the technician came and told me that the refrigerator needs a gas refill again like the last time. Now they are saying that I need to pay 2000rs for the second service + technician visit charges to refill the gas again. I am not going to pay any single money for this. Why should I pay for a product which is under warranty and which has no guarantee when the next time it stops working. This is second time of this problem happening within a year. Samsung should replace the product or refund all my money for selling a defective refrigerator, which has stopped working twice within a year due to gas leakage problem. I have escalated to the customer care and have called them 3-4 times but finally the Samsung executive told me that they could not fix the issue without money as my refrigerator is 3 months under warranty. What a cheap response from Samsung. Now it has been 15 days and I have still not received any positive response from Samsung. Thus very bad product service from Samsung.
