This is Nabil Warsi, I do have bad experience with refrigerator. I got this refrigerator in my marriage from my Father in-law 20 0 liter Capacity; initially It was performing very well but after 7month later it got shut down suddenly. After that we that we called to customer care because it was under warranty period. My house is in quite ruler area that is why we got late service after one weak. Samsung service executive has come with his service equipments and after couple of hours he found defect indeed. He was telling that compressor of this refrigerator got puncher and I need to replace it immediately without any charges. We agreed on it and allowed him to replace it. He took the compressor with him and came back after a weak. He fitted that and he assured that it will run smoothly without any problem. After couple of weak same problem occurred again. Same like previous time executive has come and replace it again. In this way this problem occurred five times and finally that service executive told me that there defect in refrigerator because mechanically there is some fault, now these days that refrigerator is in my background as scrap because nobody is giving at least 500 bugs for that.
I am not telling that SAMSUNG brand is not good, I am using SUMSUN DUOS Mobile phone and it is performing very well for 3 years. Good Camera, Good Features and easy to use. I have not given till yet this phone for any servicing.
Sometimes it happened that unfortunately you choose wrong product and you suffer for that. When my refrigerator was performing, it was good, fast cooling, large space and it was consuming appropriate electricity. But electronic products are electronic after all, there is no guarantee.
It was my experience; I wish that your experience should good.
