Yes, When it comes to laptops both looks and performance are important. When I bought this laptop it was just a charmer in the crowd. But over a month of use it has become a part and parcel for my life. Doesn't crash ever, and that is never. Once wanted to upgrade the operating system and the customer care staff was good with their responses, 5 out of 5. You will hardly notice how this will become the buddy you look out for.:)
