When start laptop Windows start and suddenly automatically switch off laptop. But sometime laptop start more time 20 to 30 min and then again switch off.my samsung laptop's speaker is not giving good sound.samsung laptops battery backup is very bad, never buy samsung laptop bcoz it's not provide gud service.It looks like I have to pay for some defect in the laptop. I have not dropped the laptop or stepped on it or anything and the laptop screen is broken. The service centre guys are asking me to pay 6, 700 for the display when the laptop is well within the warranty period and when the mistake is not mine. I do not trust on Samsung. I am wasting my time from last 6 months due to this and mental harassed from last 6 months
