Currently I am using this Samsung Laptop and here is my review on it.
Ease of use- yes, it is easy to use & customize yourself but it's hardware material is not so good as Keyboard is not so user friendly as it is not so soft which leads to slow typing & even mouse pad also is not so comfortable.
Quality & Durability- As we all know that Samsung is an establish brand but it's quality for keyboard & mouse is not so great as the other brands, It comes with 3GB RAM, 320GB Hard Disk, 2.4Ghz i3 processor which is little less for today's generation. It doesn't have bluetooth which was must, Dolby speakers are also not available which can make it good sound quality Laptop & battery life of this device is good which can last till 4-5 hours for working continuously. It is log durable product no doubt on it.
Value for money- Because of less features I don't think that it is a best buy option.
Service & Support- As we all know that Samsung is established brand so there are many service centers are available & they know how to impress there customers by solving the problems quickly.
So at last due to it's less features i'll not recommend this Laptop.
