Hello Samsung Team,


I must say your after sales service is simply pathetic. On 28 May 19, I had lodged complaint with service centre in Kolkata as my microwave (convection 2011 model) was not warming up the food. A technician, Susanta Ghosh (mob: 9831607300) was sent and charged rs.2132 to replace magneto n fuse. The same day in the evening when I checked if it has started working fine- found that food was getting properly heated but the outside wall of the microwave is getting heated up extremely as well. I called Susanta on his mobile to register the complaint again, he point blank denied that it cannot be, he has changed everything required and refused to come and check. When I forced he agreed and turned up to only repeat the above statement again personally. On 30 May 19 i logged a complaint with the service centre and the call again went to Susanta. He called me back to explain there is nothing for him to do in this regard and he can pickup the microwave to be tested at Samsung's workshop. I completely denied as he has already charged us Rs.2132 to change something (which we as a customer don't understand much) and a new problem started with the microwave as it was never getting heated up on the outside wall before he worked on it.


Since 30 May 19 I have at least got 2-3times call from some or the other technician saying they will come to address the issue. but no one came untill yesterday. Technician (name unknown) yesterday checked and said the transformer is damaged and it will require another Rs. 2500 to replace it.


So is this the way you loot your customers by charging money in phases and the technician attending the issue is so over smart to fool us?


I need complete resolution to this ASAP with compensation for harassment or else will raise complaint in consumer forum.
