Before I purchased this printer I had a laserjet printer and because I didn't print often enough the printer head dried up and turns out is nearly impossible to replace. This is the most user-friendly, convenient, easy to maintain printer I've ever owned and the price was right, too. It truly doesn't get better than this Samsung printer!
