Dear All,
My view on this product is "Not a Worth to buy " because, I had a chance to use the feature to bake cake and found that the PCB got corrupted and then burnt. And on calling the Service they claim that if you do not use the feature(buttons for more than a month) its quite a definite that your product gets a wear and tear which I completely disagreed with them. I spoke to a few more representatives by calling their support center and none had a better clarity to answer me on the call. On requesting a manager call back in this regards, I dont know what these guys are really waiting for .its almost the 5th day now.
Now I have completed a year and 3 weeks which means am Off the warranty period and you got a better chance to make out of it.
What if I am on a Vacation, does that mean my electronic devices while on return will give me such surprises. Sorry to Say Samsung team, this time you have lost the respect and the brand name in this regards. This is not what we as a customer expect.
Technicians on the call are only trying to sell their spare parts to achieve their targets rather than supporting and helping us to overcome the situation.
I understand and agree Samsung to be best in other electronic devices but dont think that they have the capacity handling or better capabilities to handle Convection Microwave.
Really upset with the Product and their service this time.
