Had bought SAMSUNG LED TV 40 inch for Rs 61, 600 and PANEL went wrong with giving lines, when called customer care support, they came to know that TV is 15 months old, that is 3 months Out of warranty, they are never was ready to give discount or replace with new TV, They sent execute to home to find out the cost of Panel he informed it will be around Rs 28, 000 and collected 300 his charge for saying that. and they are behind me to buy the LED PANEL For 28, 000 now.
Such a bad company who never cares for the customer I never seen any where. Honestly I am afraid to get it repaired too as who know that LED panel would last for how many months?
So better I thought I wasted 61, 600 already and decided now to buy new TV in other brand than Samsung
