I had received a Samsung LED 40" TV as gift about a week back. Lately, it stopped working and when the technician came we were told
- The power supply needs to be replaced.
Later when he came to replace the power supply, he said the cord also needs to be replaced. Thankfully my brother who is electric engineer inspected the cord and it was found proper. Here is what we suspect
- Their was nothing wrong with the TV at 1st place and proper diagnosis was not done.
You can understand the built quality of Samsung as the power supply broke down in 1 week. Besides, they refused to treat the product under warranty.
I would strongly suggest to stay away from their products.
It is not wonder that they are losing their cases against Apple. The world know they are cheat company.
Now having experienced it myself, I shall always stay away from them
