I purchased Samsung 32" LED from Kohinoor electronics Vashi in Nov-2012 for RS28, 500/-. The TV suddenly stopped working in Feb-2015. When we contacted Samsung service center he gave me estimate of Rs13, 500/- saying that the screen panel has to be replaced.
How can company which brag's about its quality and charges a premium, manufacture a product with an important component(Screen Panel) that fails in 2 years? I have decided never to buy these korean brands again better to go with cheaper brands like Micromax or Intex and not pay premium for so called brand name.
