I really doubt of all new Samsung LED products which is Poor quality dispense if I going to change the whole LED panel, they will give only 1 year warranty of the changed product.My question if the LED Panel display once again have problem after 1 year
I have Purchased Samsung LED TV(32F5100) Price INR 32500/- less then 1 years. Now suddenly display is not working.Samsung Technician confirmed that it is LED panel issue, LED bulb has problem & have to change the whole LED Panel which will cost INR 14500/- which is almost 46% of the total TV cost .I asked him if it is LED bulb problem, why we can't change the bulb alone .Technician replied samsung doesn't have any method/solution to change only the LED bulb which may be costing lesser, instead they want to change whole LED panel, means within 2 years of Purchase we need to spend additional around 50% of the whole TV cost .
