One I m abhishek I have bought samsung 32 inch led tv I nonember 2014. After few minutes of opening a television suddenly a stright line being dislpalyed on tv.
And also shuts down as in our there is no problem of volatage fluctation even then it shuts down suddenly after few minutes when I called customer care they told me contact dealer.
When I told the problem to dealer the told there is problem in picture tube and it be replaced and it cost around rs 15000. Since it is in warrenty I asked deler why to spent so much.
Because of that pathetic, irritating problem, I lost my interest to watch TV. Samsung has to recall TVs and give the satisfactory solution without any delay.I understand Samsung is global brand. Due to this reason I lost belive fro brand samsung. And in future I never buy a product of samsung brand.
