Hi friends today I am going to share my experience on samsung 40 inch led tv LA40B530P7RMXL. I bought this led tv by 10 months back. The video quality is not good the hd quality of this product is worst. The video angles is very poor. Samsung is the familiar brand for lot of products but, this product highly waste of money. The sound quality of this product is very poor.
As we used earlier sony tv when compared to sony this is highly waste and worst product. The colour output of this led tv is poor and it has less efficiency of pixels. By one day, I faced a problem from this tv the sound not works while running. So, I called the customer care, they responded but they took more time to rectify this problem. The service engineer not at all ready to clarify our doubts and complaints.
This is the worst customer care service with worst quality. Finally, it has no value for money. Thank you.
