Inherently defective series 4 Samsung. . Review on Samsung LA32D481G4

I am changing my entire review about this model. Within 6 months of receiving this TV as a replacement to my imported piece, which had some good features, and this one lacks those.

However, its not the TV I am going to tell you, its the strategy of Samsung. My LCD has gone third time this September, I called up customer care and after a week a guy came. It's again panel failure, and tell you what, the cost of repairs was 12000 Rupees, which is on the TV set I had received as replacement.

Given the fact that local shops were giving LCD for 14k starting, I understood it is stupidity to repair the TV by paying the hectic sum. I wrote to customer care, and called them too. They have a technique of handling people, they would make people think that they are going to take care everything right now.

Samsung Namaskar. This is CEO office. We will come up with a solution sooner sir, I have got these messages and calls umpteen times, but only later I understood that it is their delaying mechanism. A consumer case which was won against them by an organisation is finding it difficult to make them pay, they just delay. People thinking about not getting into fight and wasting time will just ignore and leave. That is what Samsung wants, they want people to forget that they have ever brought anything from them once it's gone bad.

I swore never to purchase from these people, not because I don't like Samsung, but  I am sure that I will get the shoddiest people on earth dealing like they are caring. And will get stupid mails as replies, always with the same content with no consideration too.

Samsung has made a series 3 and 4 which is inherently defective, if you have one and it's working for more than two years, you are really lucky. Anyway I never had that luck.
