I bought Samsung 32J5100 TV from Samsung Showroom in October 2016.Just now the guarantee lapsed.Now there are dark spots noticeable on the screen.Samsung customer care advised this is because of dust that went inside the screen and edge should be replaced.This will cost around Rs. 9000.After spending such a great amount of sum on TV.again spending Rs. 7000 in just a year passed, worth it? .Please don't purchase any item from Samsung.
Video Quality: Just as average as other TV sets, no impact I could see of the brand samsung, pixels are blurred at times.
Sound Reception: At high volume, there is a bust of pitch and it gets quite irritating quite often.
Value for Money: From the above mentioned reason, it is not worth purchasing it.
Service & Support: The customer service support people just know, how to play the blame game and throw the expense on customer.
