\I am using Samsung Jet S8003 from last 10 months. From starting my phone is getting switched off twice or thrice a day.. so after 2-3 months I contact customer service center where I got very poor reply from the officer and they told me that phone is having problem due to software so I got it upgraded then also same problem continues so they told me to give replacement of my memory card but they were not having it in stock....then I keep using this phone as I was having no other scope with same problem.....But just before one month I came to know that my cousin was having same phone with same problem got refund of Rs.12500 from company... So I get back to the service center and they took my mobile for two days to observe whats the problem ....
So let's hope I can get some amount against this worst phone I ever had and then I will mostly go for blackberry...One more thing...whenever I visit this service center I found so many customers having corby and other phones with same kind of problems .... So I hope one who will read my this review willdefinitelynot go for Samsung brand.
