So I bought this phone a year back, and just after using it for a week I faced the very first problem, the phone would format on its own and I would have to re store all the data again, this happened at least thrice, but because it was a new phone and I kept blaming myself, thinking may be its me.(That's inconvenience no. 1) After a month or two, I had to get the panel and the touch pad changed for my Samsung galaxy S. It took over a week for the guys to figure out the problem and get it done.(that's inconvenience no.2).The phone was never smooth after that (Inconvenience 3).
Just 5 days before my warranty expired, My phone started giving me even more problems, the phone would switch on and switch off on its own, leaving it useless after a few hours as it would use up most of the battery life(Inconvenience 4).I show it to 2 different mobile servicing guys, but the phone still remains the same(Inconvenience 5).I take it back to the Samsung service centre, and the guy charges me for the service and then asks me to sign on a paper, that stated, "I would not blame Samsung if my phone went dead", the chances of which happening was high!(Inconvenience 6).
I take my phone back and show it to another Samsung service centre and he again charges me more than the other one and tells me the same thing that I already knew and tells me pay Rs. 5438 and it might work or sell it of for 2-3K that's what you will get for it(Inconvenience 7). So Samsung buyers, be prepared for all of this. I myself was a fan of Samsung and suggested a lot of friends to buy one.But, now! I really don't think I should or that I would ever suggest anyone Samsung!!! I am really upset with this behaviour by the samsung service centres and Samsung as a service provider!!
