My Samsung Gear S2 Classic is not connecting with my Samsung Galaxy S6, which came with a preinstalled Gear App. Though the watch pairs with the phone, it is not making connection as it fails every time I attempt to connect. Can anyone out there help? could it be a software problem with the watch or phone? how do I resolve this please. Returning the watch for now is unfeasible as I bought it outside my country of current residence. Thanks for the help.
