Had an awful experience with this tablet crashed repeatedly within a week of buying it from target. Very frustrating . Returned it would not recommend anyone to buy.3
Brought it brand new at target two days later I was on google chrome, it just crashed tried to turn it on crashed and would never boot. Happened repeatedly. Finally it did trun on called Samsung Tech support, they told me to clear the'cache memory" and blamed it on the chrome app.
Few hours later was on YouTube app. tablet crashes again and wouldn't boot up. Tech support this time recommend a factory reset and blames it on the app.
Next day, no apps were running just set an alarm on the tablet woke up with no alarm turns out the tablet had crashed. Took the piece of crap back to target and got my money back. I should sure samsung for gas and going back and forth this lousy product.
Buy at your risk. I would not recommend this tablet.
