I had raised following concern 3 weeks back:-
My S7 fell from 1.5 feet and the back glass panel cracked.
I had a sub-par service experience, I raised a request with Samsung customer support(REF # 4246493479). I was told that a service personnel will visit me personally, check my phone and then tell me a cost for replacement.
Samsung service person never turned up, instead he conveniently called me and asked for my problem, without even inspecting my phone, he told me it will cost INR 5000 to replace rear glass.
Bad service experience 1: as your representative was lazy to visit your customer, kindly shut your hypocritical ad down, also INR 5000 for an inferior quality glass slab is exorbitant!
Bad service experience 2: To close his case without visitng me your service personnel told me to send a picture of my phones cracked rear panel so he can close the case, I asked why should I do it he lied and said he will provide a discount, he never contacted me again.
Samsung recruits LAZY CHEATS who fools their customers.
Bad Experience 3:
I contacted Samsung again today and was told that your service centre closed my case because they did not receive my warranty information! Is there a limit to the lies your service centres say?
Bad Experience 4: On again raising these issues with Samsung customer support, I got a call from your representative Neha Sadaf and blatantly she justified your service person not visiting me was the right thing to do by Samsung
Has Samsung fallen to this level of cheating? I for sure am never buying a Samsung product again.
