Hi,
I have bought Samsung Galaxy S3 in Feb, 2013 from "Universal Cell" , Orion mall. They gave me all duplicate accessories, later when I realized it and inquired them, they straight away refused.
One day, just after 4 months the charger stopped working when I called them, they asked me to go to Samsung service center. As no service center was near by I was using only USB drive to charge my mobile. when I found one Samsung service center, they refused to replace the charger saying it's duplicate. when I asked them why don't you ask the retailer, they said give us some time to inquire about it, they kept me waiting for months n then said as your mobile is out of warranty now, we can't do anything.
This how company like Samsung solves customer's problem. Be careful before buying such expensive handsets as even handsets could be duplicate.
all I know is both retailer and company has something in common, both of them fooled me. I am seeking legal advice to take action against them for fraud as well as for harassing me.
